At Little Chaos Outfitters, every item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for size selection, color preference, or change of mind — so we encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item? We take quality seriously, and we want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, has a printing or manufacturing issue, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please have the following ready:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
Once we've reviewed your submission, we'll work with you on the best solution — which may include a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders move into production quickly, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
